We ship nationwide across South Africa.
Orders processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery 7–10 business days depending on location.
- Local Pickup: available from Bryanston by appointment — choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.
- Order tracking: You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty items: we offer a 30-day repair or replacement warranty for manufacturing faults. Email shop@justgrapple.co.za to start a return.
