Our DIY Custom Order Solution allows you to design your own rash guards, fight shorts, or combo fight sets with whatever branding, logos, text and colours that you may want to use.

Each custom order is reviewed by our design team before production — ensuring that your gear looks exactly how you wanted it & performs at a high, professional standard.

What You Can Customise

Design your own rash guards, fight shorts, or fight kit combo's using your own designs or team branding. (A Minimum order of 5 items is required for custom requests acceptance)

  • Rash Guards

    Short & long sleeve for men, women & kids. Custom logos, team colours, and sponsor placement.

  • Fight Shorts

    Velcro or drawstring waist, multiple colour panels. Add academy name or logo placement.

  • Fight Combos

    Short & long length fight gear combos (rash guard + shorts). Great for teams & competitions.

Before You Start

  • Minimum order of 5 items per design
  • Follow the 4 step submission guideline provided below
  • Artwork or branding elements required (logo files, colour palette, etc.)
  • Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or AI (vector preferred)
  • 1–2 week production timeline from design approval

How to Place Your Custom Order

1 - Fill Out The Online Form

Scroll down to our Custom Order Submission Form and provide your details:

  • Contact name, number & email
  • Team, brand or gym name
  • Item type(s) you want (rash guard / shorts / fight gear combo)
  • Quantity per item & size breakdown
  • Upload your design/branding files (logos, graphics, colours)

2 - Submit Your Design Files

Upload your artwork directly in the form. If your files are too large or you prefer, you can email them separately to shop@justgrapple.co.za with your full request details.

3 - Design Review & Quotation

Once received, our design team will review your submission and contact you with a quotation and digital mock-up for approval.

4 - Production & Delivery

After your design is approved and payment confirmed, production begins.

  • Typical turnaround time: 1–2 weeks (may vary by order size).
  • All orders ship nationwide from our Bryanston studio.

FAQ

Can I order just one or two custom items?

Unfortunately not. We only accept custom orders of 5 items or more per design due to production requirements.

What if I don’t have a logo or design file yet?

No problem — send us your ideas or colour references, and our team can assist with layout suggestions or simple logo placement mockups.

How long does production take?

Usually 1–2 weeks after design approval and payment confirmation.

Can you print sponsor logos?

Yes — please include sponsor logos in your upload or email them with your request.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on quantity and item type. We’ll provide a full quotation after receiving your form submission.
