Where are you based?

We don't have a physical store, but our operations are cantered around our manufacturing facility located in Kempton Park. While we don't have a storefront you can visit, rest assured that our online platform provides easy access to our products from anywhere you have an internet connection. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help!

Do you accept returns for wrong sizes?

At this time, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizes. However, we do accept returns for manufacturing errors or defects. If you believe there is an issue with the manufacturing of your item, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance in initiating a return shop@justgrapple.co.za . We're here to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

How long will my order take?

Upon receiving your order, we promptly notify our manufacturing team to initiate the production process. Please note that our manufacturing schedule operates on workdays, typically Monday through Friday.

The handcrafting process by our skilled artisans usually takes between 7 to 12 workdays to complete. Once your item is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, it is swiftly prepared for shipping.

Following manufacturing, delivery times typically range from 1 to 2 days, depending on your location and shipping method selected.
